Lemar spoke to the press after his show-stopping performance of 'Addicted to Love' with Jamelia at the Brit Awards on Thursday night, the first time they had performed together. "Jamelia is just great and a really good friend of mine,"  

Both singers went home empty-handed, in an ceremony criticised by the MOBOs for recognising all-white artists. Lemar said. "We both tried not to think about the awards. If I'd won anything it would have gone on my TV so I could look at it while I watch EastEnders."
